Pendleton Players
Pendleton Players is the extracurricular theatre interest group of the Pendleton Heights High School Performing Arts Department. Under the direction of Auditorium and Theatre Program Director, Jacque Brown, this extra-curricular activity provides the opportunity for students to participate in all phases of performance and or technical theatre.
The group presents three productions during the school year. The group also serves as the technical assistance for other Auditorium events including Band, Choir, School Events, and Rentals. There are numerous opportunities for the students interested in Technical Theatre to participate behind the scenes, building sets, designing and hanging lights, designing and running sound, grip, fly, house management, and stage management.
The high school also has a local troupe of the International Thespian Society which honors those students who excel in theatre work. They can earn membership through their theatre activities. More information on this group can be found by clicking on the Thespian link above.
Students interested in performing can check out those opportunities by clicking on the Audition link and those interested in behind-the-scenes work can click the Tech link.
Since we believe there is a "Stage for Every Age" , there is a group called the Pendleton Community Players which produces a summer production and is open to any member of the community, no matter how young or old. This project was originally partially funded by a grant from the South Madison Community Foundation.

Crew Listing is up. Click Tech crew at the left for link. If you listed only the musicals on your application, you may not have been placed due to overwhelming demand for those shows. We only have a limited number of available spots. We will be having sign-ups again in January for second semester events and SpongeBob.
